Are you ready for Halloween?
Well to get me in the mood to decorate the front courtyard to get ready for all those little (and not so little) Trick 'er Treaters this year, I set up a Halloween Tablescape in the Sun Room for us to enjoy each day.
I started with a black and white tablecloth that is spread across the table just so. And then to my disbelief ...what should appear ...an 'ol friendly spider of all things!
Now I'm not too keen on having spiders around ...don't care if it is a Halloween Tablescape or not.
I was lucky and inherited my Great Grandmother's cookbooks and recipes ...I am very grateful for them and would like to share one of the recipes with you today. I'm always looking for something different and I love that this is sooooooo simple. You can either bake the pumpkin pie yourself or buy one already made. You simply add the topping to personalize either way.
