I enjoyed my Photo Bug challenge for January so much and I really like that I set a goal for myself and I was able to finish it ...to the end. I haven't done than in a long, long time and it just reinforces, to me, that I am capable of sticking to something that had a commitment attached to it.
Now, I have no problem finishing a book that I like or remembering to make that appointment for a massage without any problem ...this was different ...entirely.
So if one written goal worked and made me feel this good about myself ...imagine what a difference one (or several small) goals every month can make.
